  • Monthly flat rate starting from 1,500 CZK depending on scope

  • Work accident records including the new mandatory electronic reporting via SÚIP from 1 January 2026
  • Annual OHS inspections and expert consultations included
  • One supplier for OHS, electrical inspections, and fire safety

Common situations

You're unsure if your OHS documentation complies with current regulations

Legislation changes, and so do employers' obligations. The amendment to Act No. 318/2025 Coll. introduces electronic accident reporting via the SÚIP portal from 2026 and other changes. Without continuous monitoring, you risk fines and unnecessary hazards.

An internal employee can't keep up or lacks the necessary expertise

Small and medium-sized companies often assign OHS to someone from operations who already has enough work. There's no time for updating documentation, annual inspections, or monitoring legislative changes.

Sanctions arrive after a labour inspectorate audit

Documentation not reflecting reality, missing job categorization, or outdated risk assessment – all this can lead to fines or even operational shutdown. By outsourcing, you transfer expert responsibility to us.

You have OHS, electrical inspections, and fire safety with different suppliers

Coordination between multiple companies brings confusion, unclear responsibilities, and unnecessary costs. With us, you get everything under one roof – from electrical inspections to OHS and fire safety.

Who this service is for

The service is intended for companies and organizations of all sizes – from small offices to manufacturing halls, warehouses, and shops to housing cooperatives, municipalities, and schools. OHS outsourcing is especially appreciated by employers who do not have their own specialist and want to be sure that their documentation and practice comply with current regulations.

Frequently asked questions

How often must OHS documentation be updated?+

The risk register and assessment must reflect the actual state of the workplace – it is updated with every change in operations, technology, or introduction of a new job position. At least once a year, an OHS inspection takes place, during which the documentation is reviewed. We reflect legislative changes continuously.

What does electronic accident reporting via the SÚIP portal entail?+

From 1 January 2026, the amendment to Act No. 318/2025 Coll. introduces the obligation to electronically report work accidents via the State Labour Inspection Office portal. As part of OHS outsourcing, we take over this agenda – we record, evaluate, and ensure the reporting obligation to SÚIP and other authorities is met.

What is the difference between OHS outsourcing and one-off documentation processing?+

One-off processing gives you documents at a certain date, but you must take care of them yourself afterwards. Outsourcing means ongoing care – we monitor deadlines, law amendments, conduct annual inspections, and are available for consultations anytime during the year.

For what size companies is OHS outsourcing suitable?+

We most often cooperate with small and medium-sized companies from a few to dozens of employees that do not have their own OHS specialist. The service is suitable for manufacturing plants, offices, warehouses, shops, housing cooperatives, municipalities, and schools.

What if we get an audit from the labour inspectorate?+

As part of outsourcing, we are ready to assist you during an audit – we help with preparing documents, explain the documentation, and if necessary, attend the audit. The goal is for everything to go smoothly and without sanctions.

Can OHS be outsourced together with electrical inspections and fire safety?+

Yes, and that is our strong point. As one supplier, we cover OHS, electrical inspections including lightning protection systems and appliances, and fire safety. Coordination between multiple companies is eliminated; you have one partner for all statutory obligations.
