We provide initial and periodic inspections of electrical installations for production halls, offices, retail stores, warehouses, apartment buildings, municipalities, and schools. We complete every inspection with a clear inspection report that serves as a legal document confirming the safe condition of your electrical equipment. We operate nationwide and keep pace with current legislation, including the new ČSN 33 2130 ed.4 effective from 1 January 2025.
Periodic inspections have legally prescribed intervals based on the environment. If the deadline is near and the condition of the wiring is not ideal, stress can arise over whether the building will pass at all. We will conduct a preliminary check and propose adjustments before the actual inspection.
Without a valid inspection report, you risk not only a fine of up to 2 million crowns but also a reduction in insurance benefits. We will issue complete documentation in accordance with NV No. 190/2022 Coll. that will stand up to any audit.
A production hall, warehouse, and office have different inspection intervals. We will create a clear schedule for all your buildings and ensure no deadline is missed.
An updated standard for internal electrical wiring is effective from 1 January 2025. We will advise whether the changes affect your installation and carry out the inspection according to current requirements.
Switchboard inspection is a separate task with its own intervals and requirements. We perform it as a standalone service or as part of the overall building inspection – always with a clear output.

Every inspection report meets the requirements of NV No. 190/2022 Coll. and related standards. We are not satisfied with a half-hearted output – the documentation must withstand a labour inspectorate audit and dealings with the insurance company.

The service is intended for companies and organizations – production halls, office buildings, retail stores, warehouses, apartment buildings and homeowners' associations, municipalities, schools, and other operators of buildings with electrical installations requiring periodic inspection under Act No. 250/2021 Coll. and NV No. 190/2022 Coll.
Periodic inspection intervals are set by ČSN 33 1500 according to the type of environment. Standard office spaces without increased risk have an interval of 5 years; production halls and higher-risk environments typically have shorter intervals – usually 2 to 3 years. The specific interval for your building will be determined during the first inspection.
Under § 33 of Act No. 251/2005 Coll., on labour inspection, penalties of up to CZK 2,000,000 can be imposed. In addition to the fine, you also risk a reduction in insurance benefits in the event of damage caused by electrical equipment without a valid inspection.
An inspection report is a legally required document confirming the completed inspection of designated electrical equipment. It serves as evidence for regulatory authorities, the insurance company, and for your own records of safe operation. It must contain the requirements according to NV No. 190/2022 Coll.
A switchboard inspection includes a visual check of the condition of devices and conductors, tightening of connections, checking protection and selectivity, measuring insulation resistances, and fault loop impedance. It may also include thermographic measurement to detect overheating connections.
Usually not. We plan the inspection so that it only affects the absolutely necessary parts of the installation. Shutdown of selected circuits is usually short-term and is always consulted in advance. For continuous operations, we look for a date with minimal impact.
The standard effective from 1 January 2025 adjusts the requirements for internal electrical wiring. Changes relate, for example, to conductor sizing, requirements for surge protection, and other technical details. During the inspection, we will assess whether the update affects your installation.
