Statutory training for companies
We provide statutory employee training in occupational health and safety, fire safety, and electrical engineering for your company or organization. All training is conducted factually and clearly, so that people take something away from it – not just 'tick off attendance'. We operate nationwide, both in-person and via e-learning.
Initial OHS and fire safety training is mandatory before starting work. If not conducted on time, you risk sanctions during a potential inspection by the labour inspectorate. We arrange the date promptly and without unnecessary delays.
Periodic training repeats at legally defined inspection intervals – for OHS and fire safety typically once every 1 to 3 years depending on the nature of the work. For electrical engineers, valid professional competence must be demonstrated. We monitor the deadlines for you and organize the training in advance.
Since the effectiveness of Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., the levels of professional competence in electrical engineering have changed. We train instructed persons (§4) and electrical engineers (§6). The technical content of the training is guaranteed by a certified electrical inspector with a certificate according to §8.

All training is conducted in accordance with current regulations – the Labour Code, the Fire Protection Act, and especially NV 194/2022 Coll. for electrical competence. We monitor legislative changes, so you don't have to. The training content always reflects the current legal status.
Electrical training is led directly by the company's managing director Jiří Cach – a certified electrical inspector with a valid certificate according to §8 NV 194/2022 Coll. He is not an external contractor you see once a year. He knows your operations, your equipment, and can adapt the training to reality, not just general theory.
You handle OHS, fire safety, and electrical training with one partner. There is no need to coordinate multiple suppliers; documentation is unified and clear. When we also do electrical inspections or OHS outsourcing for you, we know your operation in depth and can adapt the training accordingly.
We don't recite paragraphs by heart. We conduct training factually, with practical examples and an emphasis on what your people really need to know for safe work. We are happy to do the job for you as if we were doing it for ourselves – that applies to training as well.
We stand behind the professional quality of every inspection and its compliance with applicable regulations. We explain the inspection report and findings in plain terms and remain available for follow-up questions after handover.
Who this service is for
The service is intended for companies and organizations of all sizes – from production halls and warehouses to offices, shops, and apartment buildings (HOAs) to municipalities, schools, and other public institutions. We do not provide training for households.
The inspection intervals are set by the employer based on risk assessment and the nature of the work. For OHS, periodic training is usually conducted once every 1 to 3 years; for fire safety, the interval is typically once every 2 years. Training of managerial employees in fire safety takes place once every 3 years according to Decree No. 246/2001 Coll. We will help you set the specific periodicity.
An instructed person (§4) is an employee without electrical qualification who may operate simple electrical equipment based on instruction – typically administrative workers, machine operators, cleaners. An electrical engineer (§6) is a qualified worker with professional education who independently works on electrical equipment. The scope and depth of training differ for both levels.
OHS and fire safety training can also be conducted via e-learning – we offer online courses for literally tens to low hundreds of CZK per person. For electrical training according to NV 194/2022 Coll., we recommend the in-person form, which allows practical knowledge verification and questions about specific equipment in your operation. We conduct in-person training directly at your company.
After each training session, we issue a written record of the conducted training including knowledge verification. Each participant receives a certificate of completion. For electrical training, the certificate is in accordance with NV 194/2022 Coll. We hand over all documentation in both paper and electronic form, and it is ready for a potential inspection by the labour inspectorate or fire rescue service.
The certificate of a certified electrical inspector according to §8 NV 194/2022 Coll. is valid for 3 years. Our certified electrical inspector holds a valid certificate and continuously educates himself on legislative updates. During training, he thus conveys current and correct information in accordance with applicable regulations.
