Cookie Policy

The website sohe.cz is static and prioritizes privacy. We currently do not use tracking or marketing cookies and do not engage advertising networks.

What cookies we use

If we deploy tools that store tracking cookies or involve third parties in the future, we will first display a cookie banner with the option to grant or refuse consent — and these cookies will only be stored after your consent.

How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect some website functions.

Our own measurement of website use

We run our own lightweight measurement that shows us how the site is used: page opens, clicks, scrolling, an estimate of active time, and clicks on the phone number, e-mail or a form submission. Alongside that we record how a visit moves through the page — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Form fields are masked in the recording, and what you type into them is not stored.

The measurement is done by our own script and the data ends up on our server in the Czech Republic (server2025.ithope.cz). It uses no cookies and no permanent identifier — only a temporary random label held in the memory of the browser tab, which disappears when you close it. We do not store your IP address in the measurement data, we do not hand the data to third parties, and we use no Google Analytics and no advertising networks.

We base this processing on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website and our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Recordings of a visit are deleted within 30 days; aggregate traffic statistics are kept longer.

If your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control switched on, we respect that and store nothing. You also have rights under the GDPR, in particular the right of access and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest — just write to us at info@sohe.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
